What’s understood is…
…as a man, there’s a lot you want to achieve in the near and distant future.
I know this because you and I are similar in many ways:
Ambitious men who know they have more to contribute in this one life we get.
It’s something that’s being called from deep within us.
We can’t deny it.
When we do try to shut it down, it creates chaos in our internal world that eventually manifests itself into a chaotic external reality.
As men, we are built to protect, produce, and provide.
The ambition…
…the drive…
…the visualization…
…the proper planning…
…the daily discipline…
…the relentless action…
…it’s all necessary for a man’s greatest achievements.
One mental strategy I often use is to imagine, and speak, about my biggest goals in the present tense, as if I’m living those goals right now.
What’s the benefit of this?
It puts me in a powerful mental state to act as The Future Man.
This becomes more understandable through the following mental exercise.
Create some quiet time for yourself.
Imagine you have already achieved that valuable goal you have on your mind.
Get quiet and deeply visualize yourself making this goal happen.
It may be a Strong Self goal, a Real Relationships goal, a Worthwhile Work goal, a Financial Freedom goal, or an Amazing Adventure goal.
Maybe it’s a combination of several of those TCM pillars.
Perfect.
Now, lean into truth and ask yourself:
What traits, daily disciplines, habits, and routines did that man embody to make that goal happen?
Write it all down without comparing your current self. Let it flow as you visualize the type of man accomplishing these goals.
One last step that I invite you NOT to overcomplicate…
…start being that man today.
That’s your future man…
…and the future is always NOW.
We are THE COMMITTED… and together WE RISE!
Peace, truth, and love.
