I’ve been daily documenting (journaling) for over 20 years. I’ve decided to start posting them here everyday, from the previous day. This is how my brain works. My journals could offend you, inspire you, or just make you laugh. Let's find out.

262 days. It’s time for a change. Shake it up.


4am workouts. What’s the system I will establish in my life to make this happen:

  • pack bag the night before
    • on Sunday and Tuesday evenings, pack 2 bags. Muay Thai and gym.
  • Prep chia pudding the night before
    • Add fruit and pb in the morning
  • Fill water the evening before

Film all workouts.

  • Quick edit and post
  • Add written workouts to your daily journal

Things to include in my workouts that align with where I’m taking my physical and mental abilities:

  • Running
  • Sprinting
  • Jump rope
  • Jumping
  • Hip flexor training
  • Lateral plyo
  • Sled Push
  • Farmer’s Walk
  • Pull-ups
  • Dips
  • Power cleans

Die empty. There’s so much coming to you in the form of your MASTERY MESSAGES. Pay attention and start living it out. All of it. Start everything you’re able to right now. Write down the rest and put plans and passion on it.

There are many struggles that enter a man’s life.

Although the struggles will enter his life, they don’t have to become his life.


I’m excited about the Men’s Alaska Project. I believe in what Chris is building and feel aligned with the mission of helping under-fathered your men experience proper rites of passage.

Just put the money down and am fully committed to learning and contributing.

I feel like M.A.P. and The Committed Man will do some amazing collaboration in the very near future.
