269 days. Flag is in the ground.

Gratitude is the greatest life filter that I’ve learned to see my life through. This morning, I’m grateful for my Queen (Anna) and my kids (Kiara, Ariana, Issac, and Janae). I’m grateful for my grandkids (Harlem, Nylah, and Krome). I’m grateful for my parents (Dave and Gwen). I’m grateful for my brother’s (Eddie and Chris).

I’m grateful for my ability to step outside myself and witness how I’m showing up at any given moment. My human mind is a beautiful playground of joy and risks. My soul is a pure vessel of value, constantly receiving and giving.

Schedule my life around fitness and fun, not work and worry.

The Committed Man exists to guide driven and ambitious men from their current levels of success (and struggle)… to the undeniable greatest version of themselves.

You must be an active participant in your own emotional growth. Put reps in at the emotional gym.

  • Everything that you’re allowing to draw impatience out of you, is being sent to you so you can put in the reps of practicing patience
  • Everything that you’re allowing to make you fat, is accessible to you so you can put in the reps of making healthier choices
  • Everything that you’re allowing to create unnecessary stress in your life, is there so you can practice the reps of setting boundaries to protect your own sanity
  • Everything that you went through as you were growing up was placed in your life so you could practice putting in the reps to be the greatest version of yourself, against all odds
  • Everything that you’re allowing to break your bank has been placed in your line of sight to see if you’re willing to practice the reps of shifting your identity around money

Every seemingly negative emotion has a complementary virtue that is available for you to act on. However, the reactionary emotional response will always be the most accessible in order to see if you have what it takes to POWER PAUSE and then RESPOND in a way that adds value to your life
