Clock - the time is now
I’ve been daily documenting (journaling) for over 20 years. I’ve decided to start posting them here everyday, from the previous day. This is how my brain works. My journals could offend you, inspire you, or just make you laugh. Let's find out.

271 days. Time is still relentless. Be like time.

This week is calling for big coaching energy from me. I enjoy the word GUIDANCE more than coaching. I’m guiding my clients along a path that they already feel an intuitive nudge to be on… however, something is likely holding them back.

Just doing some numbers for fun:

  • I personally coach 893 sessions, and have for 16 years. That’s 14,288 personal training sessions.
  • I do 160 1-on-1 Milestone Meetings with my clients every year, and have for 11 years. That’s 1,760 Milestone Meetings.

Every time I go to grab a paper towel for something I grab 2. Hmmm… wasteful?

It’s time to write out physical list of things that are popping up in my head that would be valuable to get done. They are coming in so fast and creative right now that if I don’t quick capture them it’s like a blur in my vision for the day.

It robs some focus from me and creates a situation where I find myself context switching. Instead of context switching, what I’ve found works best is making a quick note.

Spent some time thinking of what I will create for myself and my family in the next phase of my life. After visualizing it all, the answer I received was, “You come get it. Focus on being a vessel of value and taking aligned action…every day. It’s not work because it’s just how you live. Live it… every day. Be it and you will see it. It’s all prepared for you.”

I receive that.

Random thoughts while brushing my teeth:

If you don’t want to be fat, don’t do things that make humans fat. Here’s the things that a person who has packed on bodyfat may be doing:

  • Eating too many unhealthy calories
  • Not being active enough
  • Allowing chronic stress in their lives
  • Not sleeping enough
  • Walking around dehydrated

At a minimum, be deliberately active in some way every day.

  • Want an increased fitness level… add more intensity.
  • Want a fit, athletic, lean muscle look… add weight lifting.
  • Want more mobility… add yoga or a specific mobility program.

You just have to stay active with the type of activity that aligns with what you want for yourself… forever. And, the activity could change over time as your idea for your body changes. But the deliberate activity (fitness) is forever.

Stop thinking about what you don’t want to do and start doing what is ALIGNED.

If you don’t want to be broke, don’t do things that make humans broke.

Do the opposite. And understand there’s levels to the opposite.

  • start small
  • build momentum
  • get better

What if humans felt safe enough and were mentally strong enough to have conversations of TRUTH? That’s the world I choose to live in.

  • Solutions

No:

  • Disclaimers
  • Complaining
  • Drama
  • Assuming
  • Narcissism

Just… love, truth, and solutions. It makes life simple and real.
