As a man, it’s easy to get stuck in mundane routines, only to get several years down the line and wonder, “What the hell have I been doing?”

Along the way, you can feel stressed, overwhelmed, and like you’re drifting through day to day without much purpose.

All those feelings get buried under an unrealistically full schedule that has the illusion of making you feel busy and productive.

If you really unpack your day, what you’ll likely find is:

  • a mountain of work
  • a few breaks that get filled with scrolling social media or taking in the daily news
  • some distracted time with the family
  • a little bit (or a lot) of unhealthy food
  • some alcohol or drugs to “just unwind and relax”

This was my life in my 20’s and early 30’s as struggled finding my true identity as a man.

I felt like I was walking through mud every day that I stepped out of bed…

…until, one day, I wished I wouldn’t wake up anymore.

  • If I don’t know what it would take to achieve that body, am I willing to invest in myself and get a coach/trainer?
  • How do I want to show up everyday in my relationship with my spouse and kids?
  • How do I want to show up everyday in my relationship with my friends and other family?
  • Am I doing work that lights me on fire with joy?
  • If not, what work would I love to be doing right now?
  • What will it take to get from my current work to my dream work?
  • What is the last amazing manly adventure I had?
  • What is the next manly adventure that I would enjoy doing?
  • What hobbies did I used to love that I don’t do anymore because I’m “adulting?”
  • What local adventures are right here in my area that I can start doing now?
  • What travel adventures can I plan and take action on by putting a deposit down and marking it on my calendar?

3 STEP FORMULA TO REGAIN YOUR ABILITY TO DISCOVER YOU

Simplicity is power…

…when you take action.

Here’s your 3-step self-discovery formula:

  1. Set aside 20-30 minutes of uninterrupted INTENTIONAL quiet time
  2. Answer the questions above with brutal honesty (don’t bullshit yourself)
  3. Pick ONE thing from your answers above and take action on it

Repeat steps 1-3 DAILY and watch your life change.
